Renting the Clubhouse.
Saturdays and Holidays: (8 hr. minimum) $175 an hour
Sunday-Friday: (5 hr. minimum) $145 an hour

Available Rental Hours:
Consecutive hours between 6:00am - 1100pm. Your rental hours include set-up and clean up.

For a tour of the Clubhouse please contact our Events Manager, Dora Romero at 408-250-5889 to make an appointment.
A $500 Event Deposit is required along with your signed contract to reserve your date. Assuming all rental agreement policies are met, the deposit will be refunded within two weeks after the event.
The rental date(s) are confirmed upon receipt of the signed Rental Agreement and Event Deposit. All remaining fees, along with the Event Insurance Certificate are due 30 days prior to the event.
You are required to supply a certificate and endorsement of event insurance, that includes host liquor liability insurance. We can refer you to EventHelper.com for insurance needs. They are an independent insurance company.
Event insurance must include ‘additional insured’ as below:

Cancellation must be received in writing at least 30 days in advance of scheduled event to receive a full refund.
If the event is cancelled less than 30 days but more than 21 days prior to the rental date, 50% of the Event Deposit will be forfeited by the renter.
If the event is cancelled less than 21 but more than 7 days prior to the rental date, the entire Event Deposit will be forfeited.
If the event is cancelled 7 days or less prior to the rental date, the entire Rental Fee and Security Deposit will be forfeited.
